Pinot Noir makes beautiful weighty, aromatic and complex wines so expanding our Méthode range to include a Rosé Méthode was a natural progression for us.

Ours is a non-vintage expression, 100% Pinot Noir, using a multi-year blend, which is then bottled for secondary fermentation and aged 18 months on lees.

Following this, bottles are riddled every day for 6 weeks to move the yeast lees to the neck of the bottle to be ready for hand disgorgement. Then each bottle is then hand-washed and labelled. Every step in making this wine is done, by hand, by us.

Made in an Extra-Brut style with 5g/l dosage to compliment the bright fruit and complex, slightly nutty palate.

Enticing, and celebratory, with restraint and substance.

Taste: Strawberry, hazelnut, toast, joyful.
