SALE OF LIQUOR

Under the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012 it is illegal for us to sell wine to you if you are under the age of 18. It is illegal for you to buy wine from us if you are under the age of 18 and it is illegal if you provide false details to us in order to buy wine if you are under the age of 18. If we suspect you are under the age of 18 we reserve the right to request additional age verification at any time.

FREIGHT

Delivery within New Zealand is free of charge when purchasing 6 bottles or more. 

For orders of less than 6 bottles shipping rates are:

• Wairarapa: Free

• North Island urban: $8

• South Island urban: $10

• North Island rural: $13

• South Island rural: $15

Overseas shipping is not available.

PRODUCT AND PACKING

If our wine arrives damaged in some way, we get the order wrong, or (heaven forbid) the wine gets lost, we will organise replacement wine for you. Please let us know asap if this happens.

We may disclose your information to your bank and Credit Card Company and for the purposes of any debt recovery proceedings we may issue against you.
